Since i found out i was pregnant my dog has been under me more than usual is anyone else animal sensing a change even my mom dog been extra close and sweet??

I swear animals and babies can sense it! I didn't notice a change in my dog really but my cat has been more clingy and my little sister will put her hand on my belly and say "baby" she's only 1 and we don't talk about the baby around her because my dad is still getting used to the idea, so we just don't bring it up but somehow she knows 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yes! Ive got a little chihuahua and he will not leave my side. He snuggles right up to my bump. Dogs can smell the hormones before we even can test ourselves. My first week he was acting so wierd, now I know why! I joke with my husband that our pup knew first and had to keep the secret before I revealed to my husband.

I was actually working at a doggy daycare when I first found out. Certain dogs got suuuuper protective over me. Of course one was a giant Great Dane! She wouldn't let anyone near me, not even to just be pet! She was actually a very shy dog too, takes her about 3 months to finally completely accept a new worker. She also never gave me problems. Never tried to start fights. UNTIL she sensed my baby. She was trying to fight any dog that got too close. It was really sweet but also very scary lol.

So sweet. I was at an acquaintances house and her dog whom I never met was nuzzling up against my abdomen with her head (she's a big dog, I was sitting and she walked over to me & did it) I was still pretty early--don't recall exactly what week it was but the dog seemed to know I was pregnant.

My baby won't stay up from under me also!! He has always been the type to be close to u and if I sit on the couch he will cuddle up beside me...now he has to be on my lap and laying on my stomach...he knew before I did!!
