GAY DUDES: What is a bottom?
A bottom is the partner being penetrated during anal sex. This word is in direct reference to the missionary position, but applies to all positions.
Some people think that a bottom is the less dominate partner in the relationship, but that's not always the case! Being a bottom isn't a rigid category, either. Some gays consider themselves versatile between the top and bottom roles, and some prefer neither.
