PENIS 101: Can he pee with a boner?
Some guys can and some guys can't.
When he's erect, there's a muscle that closes off the opening to his urethra (where the pee comes out).
Plus, it's hard to aim an erect penis.
If he pushes down on his erection, it'll hurt. If he doesn't push down to aim, he'll get pee everywhere.
