Having periods will evitably lead to having an accident or two, but NBD because we've all been there. Luckily, there are super easy ways to deal. As your first line of defense, hold the stained area taut under cold running water. Then for any residual stain, just treat the fabric with whatever kind of soap you have - hand soap, liquid laundry detergent, anything nearby. You may be pleasantly surprised by how well this works.
