early labor or just a tease?

Wokeup at 2am after dreaming I was having a contraction and wokeup to actually having one (not painful, just uncomfortable and had to pee) so I got up to pee....and also had a looser BM...Came back to bed and noticed another contraction. Ok. Then another. Started timing them, they're lasting about a minute long and are 3~ minutes apart. They're way more uncomfortable than any braxton hick I've had. But I wouldn't use the word painful. Any pain I do get is concentrated around my cervix area. 

But after an hour and a half of these I got up again to drink some water. Ate some applesauce. Layed down again. They're still coming. Decided to get up again and eat some more since I'm hungry, now in the bath and still having them. 

And I just had to get out of tub due to diarrhea    . 

Sooo...sound like real thing or just a tease? Lol
