Breastfeeding problems HELP!

So my daughter is 2 weeks and 3 days old today and it's my first time breastfeeding, it has definitely been a rollercoaster ride with this from the beginning. Now I'm having a big problem one of my breast I believe may be clogged and NO milk is coming out at all and I'm worried my supply may dry up and disappear.... I pump every 2 hours from that side at least 20-30 min and I'm lucky if I even get half an oz at times. It's been like this for a day already please if anyone else has experienced this how can I resolve this problem.
