has anyone gone to their first appointment yet?

I will be 6 weeks exactly and they will be doing a sonogram. What should I expect to see??

I'm 7 weeks and 2 days. I had my first appointment when I was 6 weeks and 6 days. They did a vaginal ultrasound and I got to see my little bean and it's heart beating away. The heart rate was 125. They took my vitals and took my health history. Some OBs do labs and all that good stuff but they'll do mine my next appointment on April 18th. :)

I went to my first appointment on March 17th and I was 6 weeks and 1 day. They're going to do a Pap smear then a transvaginal ultrasound. I'm due Nov 9th! Here's what I saw on my ultrasound:

I went to my first appointment at 6w4d. They took a urine sample to confirm pregnancy, did blood work, and did an abdominal ultrasound. We saw our speck of rice and its heart flickering away. They said they would do transvaginal if they couldn't get everything they needed abdominally, but I didn't need a transvaginal ultrasound.

Oh they will will do a urine and multiple blood tests! I also saw my baby's heartbeat but it was too soon to actually hear it.

I had my 1st visit on the 13th at 6 weeks. 
- Questions about your medical history
- Questions about diseases that run in your family
- urine analysis checking for protein and glucose
- pap smear if you did not have an annual exam already
- transvaginal ultrasound where you might hear your baby's heart beat

I went in the day after I found out! Was going 4 weeks 3 days but it was only like ten mins. Just got paperwork for ultrasound on 11th and talk about what i can use for my flu that won't go away. Next doctors set for April 27 ( the day after my second child's 2nd birthday) and she said we'll do the first prenatal stuff then.
