TMI post cervical mucus

What does this cervical mucus mean ? Ovulating ? Not ovulating ? I usually get a positive LH surge on day 16 but I have not tested positive yet even today and it is day 18. According to my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">glow app</a> I should be ovulating today . I need possible suggestions to what to classify this mucus as !
