OTC Progesterone?

I am currently 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I have a history of miscarriage and can't see my doctor until April 7th. I'm a nervous wreck something is going to happen before then! Is there something with progesterone I can take that's available over the counter to put my mind at ease? Or does anyone who has been in the same situation have any suggestions? TIA!

These are the ones I have used. Progonal is better and I only used half of what was recommended. I got it from a homeopathic doctor.

I used progesterone cream to get pregnant because without it, I wasn't ovulating. I continued to use it until 10 weeks when my dr said I didn't need it. I used Progonal (the gold one). You can get it online. Natural Grocers/Vitamin Cottage also has a few different ones that I have also used.

I just emailed my doctor on the patient portal as soon as I got a positive pregnancy test and she sent over a prescription for progesterone right away.  I'd call or email if possible.  I wouldn't wait.

Yes the creams are over the counter

But you should call your dr office again and explain your history my doctor say me at 4 weeks with a MC last year
