pregnancy test!

I think I'm pregnant and I'm anxious to find out! It's been about a week since I had unprotected sex which was 2 days before I was about to ovulate. My period is irregular so I don't know exactly when I will start.. glow <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period app</a> says I'll start in about 12 days... it always said I'm ovulating today and it also said that a couple of days ago.. if I take the test now will it be accurate? Can I take the test now??
