Contractions again ?

I'm having pains again that Tylenol won't help. It hurts from my belly towards my back but this time I don't feel the tightening on my belly. I had irregular contractions Wednesday. These are just as painful or even more But no tightening. Could it be contractions again or just stretching pains. I'm about to be 35 weeks.
