Help plz.

I normal have 28 day cycle. I did ovulation prediction kit and got a positive result for 5 days. I'm not sure when I ovulated but it's either 19 or 20 day of my cycle I think. I'm 12dpo and had a bfn. I'm hoping for a bfp. I figure since I ovulated late maybe it's just to early to test. I feel pregnant. I also missed my period yesterday and it has no signs of coming anytime soon? Could I really be pregnant or is it just false hope. Plz help. What are your opinions?
