So I need advice! Please help

I need to know ur opinions of what's all think so I currently work in a restaurant with high demands make very good money for my living exspenses. The hours work well with my boyfriends but I get treated like carp I fear everyday that i might not have a job though every time I walk in to work though due to drama and rumors and I work insane random hours of the day so I get barely anytime with my son. I have the opportunity though for a new job less hours set schedule but also less pay but if get more time with my son the schedule conflicts a little with my boyfriends but its a better work environment for me... But its something completely different field than what I've worked in before. Which would u choose?
