sperm morphology

We have been trying to conceive for 2 years now. Went to the doctors to check infertility and I checked out fine. My husband's semen analysis came back with sperm morphology with 98% of his sperm with head defect. Has anyone had the same issue and able to conceive or any tips on helping with sperm Improvement? We just found out Friday and my husband will be seeing a infertility doctor that specializes in this field for medical advice. I'm trying to support my husband but he seems pretty upset over this and I've been doing research and just would like any advice, thank you.
