So I'm about 5w5d and I went from having to be hospitalized because I couldn't keep anything down to not feeling the least bit of nausea. Last night I noticed a little blood when I wiped and noticed I had some spotting in my underwear. I went to bed because really there wasn't much I could do at midnight. This morning the blood is brown which I guess means it's old? I'm just wondering when I should be concerned and go to the ER. Haven't really had much cramping other then from constipation but I'm afraid I'm miscarrying. My pregnancy symptoms don't seem to be as strong these last few days.
