my period is weird

So.. my period schedule is like I have about 2 days of medium bleeding and then 1 day of nothing and then 3 days of light bleeding, but the 1 day of nothing I get horrible cramps and I can't even get up or do anything. Sometimes I think I'm off my period, so I tell eve I am but then it comes back and I have to  change it😭😭
