should i use the frozen or fresh?
My froZen breastfeeding milk stock, the longest one is 3 months now.
Is the nutrition in the couple month after birthing is better than now (my baby now 3.5mos), since the first 3 month i ate very healty, now not really.
Should i start to use my frozen stock (and keep stocking with FiFO syatem) or keep giving the fresh (the frozen will be donated to the hospital)?
