Implantation bleeding or no?

Had red/maroon colored blood specs in my CM when I wiped. AF due February 27th. Slight cramping yesterday. I have never spotted before unless it's the start my period and it definitely isn't.  Last period was Jan. 30th- Feb. 3. My cycle is normally 27-33 days. I ovulated somewhere between the 12-15 (couldn't tell for sure.)
