Paranoid

I'm on the Depo. I had unprotected sex three weeks after my first shot. I know it's normal to miss a period when u get depo so I am not too worried about that. But my mind is playing tricks on me into thinking I'm pregnant and thinking I have symptoms of pregnancy. Is it possible I am pregnant or am I just paranoid.
