Dpo and bfp???

Question

Hi ladies, i was just wondering, what dpo were you when you got your bfp?

​Im 9 dpo, amd due my AF on the 26th ive been taking tests but all bfn, am i testing too early? 
​
​What dpo would it start to show on a test? I asked my mum for advice a d she thinks i should wait till at least june 5th to test and get an accurate answer.

There is also the possibility that you ovulated earlier than you thought. I had been thinking something similar when I got my BFP as I was certain I had my ov date correct. When I had my first dating scan, I was 5 days further along. Congrats on your BFP btw x

For a RELIABLE test result (means: probability for FALSE negative < 8%) take a HPT when your AF is 1 week late! At 14 DPO you can get a pos. - you can get also a FALSE negative by probability of 40% - no way to take a test for 'to be sure'.... A pos. HPT result will be correct, a neg. HPT result can always be false.... Just this month we had a woman here who got her pos. HPT after 19 days MISSING her AF!!! Many tests bevore were ALL neg. Think of it!

I got mine from 10dpo, there is such things as EARLIE hpt!! (10ml), all pregnacys/women r different you can't tar every one with the same brush! Gl fx 4 u xxxx

I always tell myself I'm going to wait until AF is late but I can never last that long. lol I was actually doing a Google search yesterday of pregnancy tests showing the DPO and found 12 DPO seemed a consistently good time to test. It's certainly possible to still get a negative but there were many pics showing a test a day and they labeled them. There would be no kind in day 9 and 10 and a line on day 12

9 dpo is too early! Atleast wait for 14 dpo! You can test the day ur af is due or the day after that if you miss your af! Good luck :)
