Aw I feel you! I'm not too regular with BMs to begin with, so it's a 100 times worse when pregnant. My pharmacist recommended some over the counter stool softeners, it's totally safe for pregnant women and it really does help. I'm​ also trying to snack on dried prunes, taste better than prunes juice IMO, and it also helps.

So happy to see this post. This has been the first time I've ever had constipation and it's awful.

Apple cider vinegar has been working for me. About a 1/4 cup when the constipation gets bad or if I haven't had a BM in a couple days.

Míralax, my doctor said it's safe for me. Or if you think that's too much you can try the kids fiber gummies.
