Miscarried on my 33rd bday

Husband and I got married a little over two years ago. Got pregnant the month after...only to find out I miscarried at 7 weeks. Two years go by. I find out last Thursday March 16th that I'm finally pregnant again only to miscarry on the 19th being my 33rd birthday. 😔 feeling defeated but also a little numb. Doc says all labs, uterus and ovaries are good. But I'm not feeling very optimistic.
