I suffer from extreme cramps the day i start till the day it ends. it's so bad i can't walk. i get extremely nautious and throw up most of the time. my periods usually last 4-6 days and aren't very heavy. i get very constipated. I am 16 years old. I did some research and i'm starting to think i have PCOS or endometriosis. I've gained 20 lbs since last year (no diet changes). I've had trouble in the pasts with cysts on my ovaries, but not severe enough to remove. I just want an opinion of what y'all think it is. I cannot go to the doctor because i literally get in trouble/ grounded if my step mom finds out i'm on my period. (i have no idea why, luckily my period is light and i just use toilet paper because she won't buy me pads or tampons). Also, my periods are getting more irregular every month. this month, it was three weeks late.
