Guys. Please help. I've been on the birth control nuvaring for a year now. I put one in on a Sunday. Leave it in for 3 weeks then take ot out that final Sunday to have my pwriod the coming week. I usually have my pwriod on that following Wednesday or Thursday. Today is Saturday. I haven't had my period. All I've had was spotting of a dark brown color. Please help me. I'm also cramping tremendously. I'm supposed to put my next Nuvaring in tomorrow. Please comment your opinions/thoughts. Thank you.
