breast milk production during your period
Has anyone noticed a dip in production during your period ? I've had my period twice now since giving birth and each time my ability to produce milk plummets -like less than 8 ounces a side a day. I pump also and was curious today what was coming out. Has anyone wise experienced this ? What can I do to increase production during this time ? Will anything help ?
