Symptoms of insulin resistance

Hey girls

So ive had insulin resistance in the past, 3yrs ago my levels were over 165, I last got tested roughly 4mnths ago and it was apparently normal

The past month maybe ive noticed I start to feel really unwell shortly after eating aswell as if ive not eaten many carbs, I had this feeling whilst I had been on metformin in the past, along with this feeling I used to have to check my sugar levels as I suffered many hypos.

Obviously Iam going to the drs tomorrow, just wanted some first hand advice if anyone had these same symptoms? I literally feel so ill, tired and nauseous (not pregnant just finished period 4 days ago)
