ever since i lost my virginity i can't keep a tampon in.. i just started my first period after losing my virginity and now i can't keep a tampon in and it's constantly leaking when i try to use one. is this normal? has this happened to you? thanks

Try different brands and absorbancies. I've found that tampax work better for me than playtex, and sometimes my flow is just too much for regulars and they don't feel like they stay in.

Also, may be worth looking into menstrual cups! I love my diva cup!

Just try a few different styles until you find what fits for your body. It's normal to have to try a few til you find the best for you.
