I can feel bumps, do you see teeth starting to come through?

Her gums are super swollen and she's in a lot of pain. How long does it take for the tooth to cut through once it starts swelling and being painful like this

Usually between 4-6 months, sometimes earlier, sometimes later. My LO LOVED this banana teether my aunt got from target. I'd look into it. It really helped with his fussiness.

Looks like she's crying. Awww.  Poor thing.  I remember my niece crying and her mom would hand her to me.  I would rub her gums and she would be totally calm. Babies get really calm in my arms.  Can't wait for my little lady to get here.  I don't know the answer to the question but I can't wait.
