Baby not moving "the same" - sign of labor coming?
Hello! I'm 35weeks 4 days. Yesterday I was worried bc baby boy wasn't moving/kicking like normal. His normal is "non stop" -seriously, idk when he sleeps.
So, I laid down on left side with ice water and a peanut butter meltaway candy bar (sugar, for baby of course lol)
Well, he did start moving but it was lighter than normal. And felt A LOT lower down. But he moved over 15x within 90 minutes.
Fast forward to today. He's moving a good bit, but is also getting hiccups a lot. (I haven't felt him hiccup much this pregnancy.)
I'm just wondering if YOUR baby's movement slowed down as labor approached?
I'm high risk for preterm labor, on weekly progesterone injections to help decrease chance of PTL and I'm 2cm dilated (as of last appt 3 weeks ago)
I delivered our twins at almost 22 weeks but labor was stopped and I made it to 29weeks. and with our son labor started at 27weeks but was stopped and labor began again at 37weeks, and he was delivered.
I can't remember if their movement slowed down bc of how I went into labor and delivered. I've heard it can, but I also don't want to chalk it up to that. I have my next appt in two days. I'm hoping I'm not dilated anymore.
I'd love to make my full term for onced!
