HELP!

Just had my baby girl on Thursday and my breast milk just came in today and even though she was latching like a star at the hospital now that I am full she's not latching, she's getting really frustrated and angry. I would have pumped by now but my breast pump is in the car that my husband took to work. I'm seriously at a loss and don't understand why my baby all of a sudden doesn't want to help me out here
