Too much sitting.
I commute two hours a day. I also sit for about 7.5-8 depending on the day. I do get up and walk around but overall the majority of my day consists of sitting. Workplace won't splurge for new chairs and the one I currently have lacks proper support.
I'm currently 6 weeks and am having trouble with my hips from all the sitting when it wasn't so much of an issue before.
Are there any stretches or recommendations that any one has to combat this? It's super uncomfortable and makes my entire pelvic area hurt and almost feel cramp-y... Even though it's not cramping.
