How do I deal with a miscarriage?! This is my first one and I'm an emotional wreck right now can't stop crying or beating myself up... Ultrasound showed our baby was fine yesterday, blood work was all normal no signs that I would be miscarrying and then this morning the worse happened :(  I just don't understand how thos could happen in less than 24 hours!!! I'm trying to not let my children see me cry but thats hard...
