What kind of relationship do your kids have with your parents?

I only had my mum's mum (awful lady, God forgive me!) and my dad's dad (who I loved to bits) so I feel really blessed my girls have all four grandparents in their lives.

I found a photo of my Grandad holding me when I was a baby today and thought it'd be cute to recreate it with my dad and my youngest. I only realised afterwards that they are the same age in the photos, 79!

Makes me sad to think even if he lives to a 100 he won't see her 21st and then I get to thinking how much longer will all four of them have!! Morbid or what!!

I am over compensating by taking so many photos of them right now with my children but it's depressing the hell outta me. I don't want to think about them dying but the older they get the more it reminds me. Gotta visit them more, gotta make the effort!
