My daughter had a cold as well and is still a little snotty. If she's sleeping in a crib you can prop the mattress up about 30 degrees so she's not flat on her back. We found that has worked pretty well.

You're doing right, mama! Humidifier and elevation work, too! Hang in there! It will pass! We just passed around a naaaaasty stomach bug in our house. Mommy has it today. Ugh.
