please read .. has this ever happened to anyone??

I am 1 day late on my AF. Did our 3rd IUI bfn today. When I peed I have a little bit of what appeared to look like skin come out in my urine  my husband and I had sex Friday night and after we did I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a little bit of pink. But still no AF and no bfp!?!?! Is it possible for a test to just not detect it yet?? Or has anyone had these symptoms and gotten bfp later ?!?! Help!! I'm going crazy
