Alright so my best friend and I have a huge love for each other. We have been best friends since I was 8 and he was 10. Now we are 15 and 17. We have been dating off and on for years. He just sent me this text. What do I say?

It's up to you obviously. You said you've been on and off so he's been your boyfriend before. Is/was he nice to you? Did he treat you with respect? Was he loyal? Why have you broken up in the past? A lot of people are truly incapable of changing. Just some things to keep in mind.
