For about a month now I've been feeling nauseous and weak. I thought I was pregnant. Well a few days ago my fiancé cum inside of me, it just happen and today I feel sick and puke once. I have to pee nonstop and been real gassy and direaha and so tired and moody. I feel bigger kinda and the stretch marks are popping up bad and very bad acne. My periods are very irregular. What should I do.
