7DPO symptoms?

Last night I started feeling crampy, gassy and bloated in my lower abdomen. I had weird dreams (I usually don't dream). My temp actually was a bit spiked today - it usually stays Around 98.1 but was 98.8. I want to eat everything in sight lol. As the day progressed today, started feeling heaviness and sensitivity in my breasts and the feeling of fullness/cramps and pressure is increasing in my pelvis/lower abdomen. Oh and my back hurts lol. It's very possible I'm symptom spotting only and just making myself nuts. It's. It ️not possible to feel all of these symptoms this early is it? These are not my AF symptoms. I never have symptoms for that I til the day before it starts and it's only cramps that are worse than this.
