Over producing?

I had my son a week ago and I am nursing but I have also had to pump because he's not emptying my breast... I have over 50 oz of breast milk frozen so far. Is it normal to be producing extra so early?

Depends on how frequently you are pumping that "extra" out. 
You're going to continue producing as much as you are pumping. If you let him feed them pump until you feel empty, then your body thinks that your baby is needing all of those oz of milk and will continue to produce that amount that often.

So, Only pump off enough the relieve painful pressure from being overly engorged; not to completely empty every time.

In the first couple weeks your breasts try and figure out how much needs to be made! 
By pumping you're signaling you need that much!! 
It's definitely not a bad thing, that's just the reason behind it.
If your body had noticed your breasts weren't being emptied, after a day of two you'd notice your son might start emptying them (they would start producing less and it would increase as baby signalled it needed more)

I'm exclusively pumping and my little man is a month now. I've got 1000 ounces frozen. I'm producing 75 to 100 ounces a day. I cut back to only pumping every 4 to 5 hours and I'm still over producing. This morning I got 20 ounces in one pumping session.

Yes. You over produce at first bc your body is trying to figure out how much you need. I'd keep pumping and build up your stash, then cut back. The more you empty your breast, the more milk you make. I wished I pumped more in the first month.

My baby is three weeks old and I have 350oz in the freezer. I'm exclusively pumping. Google foremilk and hindmilk imbalance if you continue to overproduce. I recently had this issue and had never heard of this before

Yes it's normal to overproduce and be engorged a bit around that time when your milk comes in. I wouldn't pump too much or else you'll continue to produce too much. Just be sure to massage and use heat so you don't get a clogged duct or mastitis. I was really engorged around 5-7 days postpartum and it's so uncomfortable. I didn't pump and my body adjusted to exactly what my baby needed in a few days. Then it felt like my boobs weren't full enough, but it was because my body had regulated my supply to what my baby needed. Of course, you can pump and continue to overproduce if you want a frozen stash. I just hate pumping so I didn't go that route.
