2 months late

I just today realized that my last period started Jan. 27, generally lasts about 5-7 days depending. I've never been this late. Taken multiple tests. All negative. Thoughts?? Also (probably stupidly) I haven't brought this up to my husband, we aren't ready for kids right now, should I talk to him anyways?
