What ways do you guys stop their heads from slouching over to one side in the car seat?

I rolled up receiving blankets and put beside his head if I was driving and couldn't sit in the back with him and use my hand. I used them until he had enough head support to not need them

Nothing. 😓it drives me crazy but none of the head supports are actually approved to use while the car seat is being used in the car. For the first 2 weeks I sat in the back and put my hand by her head for her to use as a pillow and to support her head/neck. 
Now at 5 weeks her neck is a little stronger and I worry less but she still slouches over to one side and I hate it.

I didn't want to add anything to the car seat because nothing's approved, so just like the other person who commented, I sat in the back and held her head up. Gave me more time to stare at my baby too! Bonus!
