Well, my husband really loves the name Easton, I like it to. Did you guys ever have your parents or anyone tell you the name you liked was stupid ?

There will always be people that don't like the name you choose. Sometimes it's for a justifiable reason, and sometimes it isn't. I can heartily assure you (as someone who's cringed hearing many many names) that Easton is perfectly acceptable. Actually, I really like it, because it's not super common, but it feels familiar. It can age with your baby and will age well. They can go by "Easton" or "East". And they could become a plumber or an artist or a president; they aren't limited by their name. Solid choice 👍

Yep, at first we fell in love with Emmett ans everyone hated it. We didn't but I decide when I found out he was a boy I didn't want emmett. And I found trenton and I loved it more ♡

My husbands side of the family HATES the name Henry. They asked if we were joking at first, and said we couldn't call a baby that. 
Who cares? They honestly aren't that involved anyways. Not their kid, not their decision.
