Does your dog know your pregnant, before you do?

I hear some people's dogs know that they were pregnant before they knew. Did this happen to you?

My dog has been funny lately, super playful and wants heaps of attention. His usually really chill, i think dogs can smell when your pregnant because of the hormones. So I hope I am pregnant 🤞 or someone's feeding my dog sugar lol

Yes! With my second and third AND my two miscarriages I always knew to test because she would be up my a$$ constantly!

Animals can sense things long before humans start noticing things. It is totally possible.

My cats knew there was something wrong with my one grandma months before we knew. They are all strangely cuddly with her.

My husband has a K9. They have a very special bond and the dog follows him everywhere. Room to room. The dog started to follow me and sat in my lap one day. I asked my husband what the dogs problem was and he asked me if I was pregnant.  So I tested and it was positive!

My two pits were stuck to me like Velcro while I was pregnant!! Usually they step on me while playing or lay on me, and all the sudden started being super careful around my belly. My cat also started laying across my belly and purring her heart out every night. They definitely knew before I did!!

I'm not pregnant yet but I was literally just reading an article on this today. They can tell because your scent changes and they notice shifts in routine.They are usually either really protective thinking they need to be or they seek a lot of attention cuz they're pack animals and they sense a shift in hierarchy.
