Am I Crazy???😩😩

Hi guys! I'm really confused because I have been experiencing early pregnancy symptoms for a couple weeks like nausea, sore breasts, creamy discharge from breasts, super tired. My period has been on time but a little lighter and all my pregnancy tests come out negative. If I was pregnant I'd be 9 weeks along. Maybe you may think I'm obviously not pregnant but I just can't get the feeling in my gut to go away. Please no judgement, I'm really confused with what's going on right now. Any help or advice would be appreciated😔
