Worried about being cheated on

Ok so I need advice from someone as I'm really anxious about being cheated on. To my knowledge he has never cheated on me before nor given me a reason not to trust him but we are in a long distance realtionship so it seems hard to check up on. I just visited him for the first time since we became an official couple and it was absolutely amazing but due to other relationships that I've come out hurt from Im scared to trust him.
