How can I get him to extend foreplay?

My bf and I rarely ever take our time with foreplay, it's kissing, a bit of oral at most and that's it. No touching, talking, kissing in other places, slowly undressing, nothing like that. I've asked him if we could slow it down and invest some time in it, but he's too impatient, he gets bored or gets hard and excited too quickly.
