is hypergastric pain normal?

I woke up earlier and ate last night's dinner which were mashed potato (with creamcheese and parmesan) and fried salmon. After an hour, i had sudden pain in upper middle part of my abdomen. It was painful like made me nauseous. It was like diarrhea abdominal pain. After a couple of minutes, i passed watery stool once but the pain still continued for a couple of minutes. It just subsides eventually and took a sleep for 2 hours. Now, i can only feel my stomach grumbling with intermittent mild pain. Is there something to be alarmed? I am first time preggy so i'm a bit concerned. I thought maybe  i was just experiencing nausea and vomitting since i was in 6weeks. I'm also very concerned with the stomach pain. I hope someone could help me.
