first appointment

So - I have my first aooointment today! I'm not sure whether they'll do an ultrasound today. Feels a bit early. But we will see. I'm so nervous! I felt really sick for about a week and a half but in the last week or so I've just had some occasional nausea. I read somewhere that the stronger the sickness, the stronger the pregnancy! So I'm hoping everything is going to be normal when I go this afternoon. I'm due November 13, according to this app which makes me 7w today!
