Insomnia now that son is sleeping better on his own.

How can I get through this? My almost six month old would sleep with me almost everynight. Now he wants to be my himself and kicks me away lol. He gets a bottle at ten pm but usually in bed right around 6-7. Now that he isn't with me I can't sleep at all help! He wakes up a lot with me. And has never slept the full night in his bed. Going to try it tonight. But I feel like maybe I am over stimulating him trying to sleep. Is that a thing? Hah. We had to stop doing baths before bed because he would always wake 3-5 times at night with a bath before bed. But he loves bath time. And we have always done that before bed.

Ah I am all over yhe place with this post hah.
