Progesterone Shot Lumps
My transfer was on 3/22 with progesterone in ethyl oleate started 3/17. I've been using heat both before and after injection but the lump in both "hips" (let's be honest here, it's your butt cheek) are large, hard and painful. Things like sitting and laying down suck. Anyone have suggestions on what's worked for you to break those lumps down?
